It's so expensive to live on your own. Money money money. I've been thinking about it all day. I wish it didn't exist and we all lived the law of consecration. That would be great.

Did you know that I am required to pay an extra $400 a semester for voice lessons?
Gas prices are rising, rising, rising. I don't have a car, but still, those prices affect everything else.
Have I made enough money this winter to support myself til summertime?

Am I going to be able to find a job this semester? If I put myself on the accompanist list will I get enough to pay for things? Will I get the job as a music theory tutor/mentor next fall? How much will I make at that?

I need so many things still before I go to New York, I shudder to think how much it's going to cost.
