this one is for mom

Happy Mother's Day!

This post is dedicated to my wonderful mother today.
Since I am at college and I spent all of my money in New York, I really don't have any means to buy her something special.
But I know my mom and I know that she understands and appreciates what is important.

My mom is an incredible lady.
She is an elementary school teacher,
She is an administrator,
She loves her job and the kids that she serves.

My mom is a great teacher.
She has taught my siblings and I so many important life skills,
She has always set a high standard and example for us,
She loves her 4 children and her husband.

My mom is a fantastic friend.
She is good at helping those in need,
She is fun to be around and funny,
She treats those around her with respect and love.

My mom is a life long learner.
She worked so hard so that she could get a bachelor's degree from BYU.
She is currently working on her master's degree drom SUU,
She has always set an example of gaining more eduation and continually learning.

My mom is my support system.
She has always encouraged me to do my very best and expected me to succeed.
She has let me know that she loves me unconditionally, no matter what I do.
She gives me the best guidance and helps me keep going on my path, even when I feel like I can't possibly go any more.

My mom loves the gospel.
She always takes opportunities to share her testimony with us.
She magnifies her calling--whatever it may be.
She has instilled a love for the gospel in all of us.

My mom is amazing. I love her so much.
I could write awesome things about her every day.
And I'm afriad that sometimes I go a little too long without saying "thank you."
So Mom, on this mother's day,
and every other day,

Thank you so much for being my mom.
I love you.

Thank you Amberly. As I've said mAny times before, every day is mothers day when you have kids as great as mine.
